FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

Do you build custom cases? Yes! We do take on custom builds - as we are able! Please fill out the "custom builds" request form (listed on the main menu of our website) and provide us with as much information as possible. We will then get in touch to let you know if we are able to accommodate your custom request. At this time, we ask for 45 business days in order to complete any custom build. Please note that once a custom case has been ordered / paid for, it is only eligible for a 50% refund should you choose to cancel, due to the amount of time / cost of materials that go into designing a custom case. At this time, the largest custom we are able to build is 9U / 104HP.

 

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We recently began offering international shipping, which you can automatically calculate upon check out in our online store! Please note, however, that the shipping price we provide you with DOES NOT INCLUDE any duties and / or taxes that your country may impose. Since duties and taxes vary between countries, those charges (if any) will be between you and your customs agency and are not affiliated with Blackhole Cases.

 

Okay, I placed my order. Now how long will it take to get my case? We pride ourselves on hand-building every single case to order with care and attention to detail. Therefore, we ask for (30) business days in order for the two of us to carefully hand-craft your case just for you.

 

Does the powered case I ordered come with an external power brick? Yes, it sure does! All of our powered cases include the power brick with purchase so you'll be good to go once your case arrives.

 

I ordered a case, but I need to cancel my purchase even though I haven't received it yet. Is this possible?
We get it - stuff happens. So cancelling your order is not problem at all. We are happy to issue you a full refund minus the payment / credit card processing fee. Just shoot us an email at contact@blackholecases.com and we will be happy to assist you.
