SHIPPING & RETURNS
As we carefully hand-craft each case to order, we ask that you allow (30) business days for us to build your case before shipping. We will provide you with tracking details once your case has shipped.
**International Orders: Please note that the shipping price we provide you with DOES NOT INCLUDE whatever duties and / or taxes your country may impose.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns made within 14 days of receipt.
Email us at in order to receive your return confirmation. Once we have confirmed, merchandise must be returned in original packaging as well as any additional packaging necessary to protect from shipping damage within 14 days. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have placed an order and decide that you'd like to cancel your purchase before receiving your case, email us at email@example.com. We will reimburse you the amount you paid minus the payment /credit card processing fee. This policy does not apply to custom builds. (See below).
CUSTOM CASE POLICY
While we do take on custom builds as we are able, we ask that customers allow (45) business days for all custom cases. Once a custom order has been placed and paid for, all custom orders are final. The maximum size for our custom cases is currently a 9U / 104HP.
